Wow what a year! We've been taking quick moments here and there to reflect on the past 12 months and we’re astonished at how well-established Inspire has become. Gerrards Cross indeed has it’s gym back…and it’s better than it’s ever been! Our fitness community is thriving, the gym is buzzing, lives are changing and we are absolutely thrilled to be a part of the transformations.
Our aim for the upcoming year is to continue to improve the quality of our facilities and equipment at Inspire.

Our weight room is loaded with all the leading brands in strength training equipment. It’s equipped with everything you'll need for Olympic lifts, functional training or just an overall total body strength routine.
A clean, bright room equipped with the ultimate in state-of-the-art cardio machines. This space is filled with Technogym treadmills, a Concept II rower and Technogym bikes.
The ultimate addition to Inspire is our unique open air, turfed courtyard equipped with tractor tyre, heavy bag and mats. Create a more functional training experience by incorporating our battle ropes, slam balls, kettle bells, dumbbells and barbells.
A naturally lit, fully equipped room dedicated to group fitness and training classes. Our studios are accessible to our members for use anytime a class is not in session and are also available to rent by the hour.
Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle mass, become more flexible, or train for a specific sport or event, a Personal Trainer can help make that happen. Inspire trainers will develop a training schedule to meet and exceed your fitness expectations.
