Pump It Up
Is an endurance weight training workout toning every major muscle group in your body.
Build your body’s core strength and improve your posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. But don’t let this description fool you, Pilates goes far beyond your core and you will be working muscles you didn’t even know you had!
The benefits of this six-week program can be realised every day, not just in extreme situations. Please add this as a last sentence. Taught by IMAS instructors. Kung Fu is an incredibly effective and time-tested form of self defence.

"High-intensity interval training" is an Inspire favourite and a great way to bump up your cardio & strength workouts. In this highly energized class you’ll be asked to give one hundred percent effort in the active period followed by slower intervals for recovery. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. It will be hard work but you’ll be rewarded with improved performance , burn more fat and burn more calories throughout the day. Appropriate for intermediate fitness levels and up.

A new class that teaches the fundamentals of training to children, using body weight exercises and circuit based routines, small-sided games and activities. Incorporating teamwork and individual goal setting, children will learn how to perform exercises safely and effectively to increase their strength, endurance & flexibility whilst having a whole load of fun! This class will challenge their agility, balance and co-ordination (ABC) improving their functionality and set them up for a fit future.
